NOTICE: Regarding ROAD CLOSURE starting June 13th
The City of Richmond will begin a Ditch Construction project along Westminster Hwy starting in June, which will impact access to Mayfair Lakes due to the closure of the intersection of No. 7 Road and Westminster Hwy. The scheduled start date for this closure is June 13th at 6:30am, and is expected to last 2-3 weeks (estimate timeline from City of Richmond; subject to change). During this time access to Mayfair Lakes / Lakeside Grill will be from the North side of No. 7 Road.

(Note - the intersection will close for 2-3 weeks, but the complete project is expected to take 10-12 weeks and will continue west along Westminster Hwy. Please check ahead and plan accordingly.)
