Operation 36 at Mayfair Lakes Golf Academy
Operation 36 is a player-centered development program designed to help golfers learn the game from the green. Players begin at 25 yards and gradually move farther away as their skills improve, building confidence, scoring ability and a clear understanding of how to play golf. Through structured practices, on-course play and measurable benchmarks, Operation 36 creates a fun, motivating environment where athletes see progress, set goals and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Operation 36 Mini is designed for junior golfers who want a fun, welcoming way to learn the game and gain real on-course experience. This program follows the proven Operation 36 framework, with a fresh, kid-first approach that puts enjoyment and confidence at the center of learning. Shooting 36 is exciting but it’s not the only measure of success. Whether they reach the goal or not, every round is a win because they’re learning how to play, problem-solve and enjoy the game in a supportive environment.
